Effective status reporting is a pre-requisite to enable the required intervention management and decision making
to improve delivery performance.
MCORP BI specialists will develop dashboards and reports to enable and improve delivery tracking, reporting and intervention
management at all functional levels i.e. operations and management.
The customized structured reports and management dashboards that are produced are regarded as essential “tools of the trade”
to effectively manage delivery performance on all levels.
To improve data and information reporting accuracy, a near “real-time” approach is adopted i.e. enforcement of daily updates.
The developed reports and dashboards complement the existing Customer reports.
